😆 omg 😆 this is cool but it’s basically for the unfit average Joe ?? I want to reiterate one major detail with gun ownership folks. This is for safety of course. If u aren’t fit to fight hand to hand combat your gun is useless and will most likely be used against you in any and most combat situations and or home invasions. This is a big proven statistic, not going to tell u the percentage it’s to alarming to open up most people’s eyes in this country. The majority of all gun owners are slightly obese - to majorly obese. Then the others don’t have much muscle mass to control fire 🔥 rate and trigger control. So before going to any classes where they teach you these things and where someone will most likely discharge the weapon from falling at a poor angle 📐 I would suggest getting your health on track .. doing combat related exercises at the local 🥊 boxing / kickboxing 🦵 , jiu jitsu facilities first. Last bit of advice get a strength and conditioning coach/ life coach not a gym trainer … there’s a major difference that’s why some of u cannot finish a complete 30/90 program at any gyms or homes 🏠 because u don’t have anyone to ride your ass and make sure that your living properly during your training phases and after u leave the place your training at. Example -no drugs ..no booze 🥃 .. no clubbing - no McDonalds- no 10 am drunk golf ⛳️ on the weekends.. no in Sierra Vista no matter how new that golf course is. Glad we have something cool to watch maybe stream this event?, but for the love of all that is Holy .. do not compete if u are not fit to fight without the gun ..Don’t lower the bar that has been the last 35 years of an epidemic in this country called gun control and obesity. It’s embarrassing 🙈 both are very touchy subjects and one is more likely to kill you in a second while the other takes a few 🥘 meals haha 😆 I hope I got my point across and opened up some of your eyes 👀 my advice is free 🆓 and honest as always. Stay safe folks.

It’s inhumane how the trucking industry is run. Drivers are worked like machines, they don’t have a regular sleeping cycle, unhealthy food, etc. most likely this driver was tired, the laws says to stop and rest and the real life and industry says that it has to be on time or it will consequences like fines.

Dangerous stretch from Wilcox to J-6 Ranch.

How did it happen?

A MOST UNFORTUNATE SHOTS FIRED INCIDENT: The Sierra Vista Police Department arrested a male subject for unlawful discharge of a firearm on Tuesday, Feb. 18, after responding to a shots fired call in the field west of Joyce Clark Middle School.

The person reporting the incident said they heard more than 15 shots fired in the area. This occurred when the middle school was in the process of releasing students for the day, creating an extremely tense situation. SVPD officers responding to the scene heard several shots in the field west of the school and located an adult male holding a handgun. He was taken into custody.

During the investigation, the subject told officers he recently purchased the handgun and wanted to target shoot. He said he asked a local gun store where he could shoot and was advised to go into the desert. The subject was arrested and charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm within the city limits. He was booked into Cochise County Jail.

The area the subject was located is on State Trust Land. Shooting is not permitted in state parks or on State Trust Land. Target shooting is also illegal within any city limits, unless at a designated shooting range. Residents interest in target shooting are advised to seek out a dedicated shooting range where this activity is allowed.

NEW AMAZON DISTRIBUTION CENTER COMES TO SIERRA VISTA!

YES, the distribution center in progress will be an Amazon warehouse operation as many have speculated.

Early last December, we presented an article regarding the extensive work being performed across the street from Berean Academy. Here is more information!

The construction activity is occurring on Columbo, between Commerce and Industry.

Completion is not expected until the end of the year, as per the KE&G and Catamount Construction foremen. The reason given for the delay is understandably, The usual construction delays. The City of Sierra Vista has been very helpful and has no responsibility for the delays per both construction companies.

KE&G and Catamount representatives requested, Their customer contact Coolfmlive with additional details such as the company name and initial hiring numbers. Coolfmlive has yet to be contacted.

We have seen the potential employment positions listed on indeed.com Catamount and KE&G jointly indicated the Arizona DES Employment Department would be given more employment opportunity information at the appropriate time.

Regarding additional employment information, the City of Sierra Vista gave us this statement:

“While we do not have specifics to share at this time, a new distribution center like this will bring additional jobs to our community. We’ve been helping move this project forward for some time and are happy to see it come to fruition,” The City of Sierra Vista Tourism and Economic Development Director Tony Boone gave us this statement through the City of Sierra Vista Public Information Office.

Coolfmlive did previously contact the City of Sierra Vista requesting documents available for public viewing regarding PROJECT SUMMER. The official name for the work in question is PROJECT SUMMER. We asked KE&G, in addition to Catamount the reason the work was called PROJECT SUMMER. We were told, Its just a name.

As readers can see, per the building permit issued by The City of Sierra Vista, yes PROJECT SUMMER will be an Amazon Distribution Center.

Coolfmlive has unsuccessfully attempted to contact Amazon at the listed Delaware location.

As in any breaking story, the information we are presenting is subject to clarification and updates.

What is the purpose of this facility? Is it just an Amazon vehicle hub or a smaller version of the Amazon warehouse in Tucson?

Just my speculation, but I think that the purpose of this facility will be to handle deliveries within the local area. So let's say you order some things from Amazon, they assemble the order in Tuscon fullfillment center and ship it along with hundreds of other orders in a large Amazon truck, then the SV center offloads those to smaller local Amazon-operated local delivery trucks. The advantage? Amazon handles the final fullfillment using their own trucks and drivers, which they can do better and faster and cheaper than using UPS or some other 3rd party delivery. And for the customer, faster delivery, and better service.

It makes sense as sierra vista is the perfect place to distribute packages to all the smaller towns around the area. New job opportunities will boost the local economy also.

LOCAL SCHOOL GETS A+ GRADE‼️Vilage Meadows Elementary School of Sierra Vista was one of only 59 schools in the state to receive the award grade.

Hundreds of schools apply each year to obtain this highly sought after designation, which is given to those who demonstrate attributes that define the best of the best in education. Some of the qualities judges look for include: strong leadership that inspires collaboration and embraces professional development; high-quality teachers and staff who create engaging learning experiences and help students thrive academically and socially; a rigorous standards-aligned curriculum that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving; engaged parents and community involvement; and a student-centered learning approach with extracurricular activities and a safe and nurturing environment.

“A+ designation isn’t something that simply happens,” said Brett Bonner, AEF’s Director of Professional Development and Dean of the AEF Academy. “It’s the result of unrelenting dedication to excellence in all areas of education, innovation, and community involvement.”

The selection process begins each August when schools submit an online application. From there, AEF staff and a panel of judges determine which schools warrant an interview and finally, a site visit. All judges must be either A+ School of Excellence recipients or have served in an A+ School of Excellence. The recognition covers a four-year period, with this year’s group earning the 2025-2029 designation. During that time, the A+ School principals will mentor and develop participants in AEF’s Principal’s Leadership Academy of Arizona, a professional development program for new and aspiring school leaders. Additionally, the A+ school leaders and administrators will assist with training and workshops as part of the AEF Academy.

During that time, the A+ School principals will mentor and develop participants in AEF’s Principal’s Leadership Academy of Arizona, a professional development program for new and aspiring school leaders. My boyfriend Manny Lugo and I went to 7103 Coffee a few months ago and really enjoyed her coffee her dirty chai’s was one of the best dirty chias I’ve had. She really cares about what coffee beans she uses and the quality. I highly recommend you try 7103 out!

Congratulations. I will have to try some coffee.

Good job
