A powerful day of remembrance, community, and giving back is happening this weekend in Cochise County.
The Hired Guns Motorcycle Club (HGMC) is hosting the BPA Brian A. Terry Memorial Ride XIII this Saturday, April 18, in Tombstone — a meaningful poker run dedicated to honoring fallen heroes while supporting local families.
HGMC is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and 100% of the proceeds from this event go directly back to the community, benefiting the Collup family and the Brian Terry Foundation.
Event Details:
• Registration: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Location: American Legion Post 24 (Tombstone)
• Lead Ride Out: 10:00 AM
• Meal Begins: 2:30 PM
• Poker Hands Due: 3:00 PM

• $25 per rider
• $20 per passenger

Law enforcement is actively responding to a serious incident this afternoon, April 13, 2026, in Sierra Vista.
According to initial information, a suspected drive-by shooting occurred near the 500 block of S. 3rd St., followed shortly by a vehicle crashing into a light pole at the intersection of S. 3rd St. and S. Canyon Dr.
Details remain limited, but at this time:
• The crash is believed to be connected to the reported shooting
