The Sierra Vista Police, Fire, and EMS is currently working an active crime scene in the area of Busby Drive and 2nd Street.

🚧 Road Closure:
Busby Drive is blocked off between 1st Street and 3rd Street while officers investigate and manage the situation.

⚠️ Drivers and residents are urged to avoid the area to allow law enforcement and emergency personnel to safely do their work.

At this time, no additional details have been released. We will share updates as soon as more information becomes available and appropriate to report.

With a hint of coming weather, Mount Wrightson's distant silhouette found shelter from the glaring Sun's sinking globe.

I stood there, facing west, big sky pouring over me, watching day's ending argument. The only response I could offer was the gentle click-click of my camera's shutter - hoping that the right angles and settings were achieved.

Cruz, my Bronco Sport, spilled calming Celtic tunes over golden fields from his speakers, while shadow and light danced amongst the evening breezes.

Soon the colors would change, the shadows would deliver evening's veil of darkness, and the glow of March 8th would disappear into tomorrow.

That's the joy of presence - knowing that each moment, though fleeting, can be captured and frozen in a camera's belly, or a memory's archive.

With my memory often flawed, I'll default to Cam's chase for another evening's departure.

Live to Ride October 2nd-4th 2026‼️ Southern Arizona’s largest motorcycle event will be held in Tombstone, Arizona, also known as The Town too Tough to Die. The event will commence on Friday, October 2nd, with motorcycles gathering on 5th street, accompanied by live music at the Oriental Saloon and Crystal Palace. On Saturday, a town-wide bike show and events will take place, featuring live music and entertainment at the Discover Tombstone Field(next to the old hogh school), extending into the evening.

And don't miss "The Wall of Death" show experience will be held on Friday and Saturday. The event will conclude with a large swap meet on Sunday morning.
