Tombstone, AZ — Outlaw Zip Line is officially reopening with a bold new twist on adventure. On March 6 and 7, guests are invited to experience the all-new Outlaw Escape Experience — a fully reimagined, immersive Wild West storyline that transforms a traditional zip line ride into an action-packed outlaw ambush escape.
This is not just a zip line — it’s an interactive adventure.
Guests begin their journey inside a replica Old West Marshal’s Office, where they receive a video briefing from the town Marshal that sets the stage for their mission. From there, riders launch into a high-energy escape scenario, zipping through the course while taking aim with laser guns at outlaw characters along the way. The updated experience features new characters, enhanced targets, immersive storytelling, and exciting surprises — ensuring even returning guests will feel like they’re stepping into an entirely new attraction.

Friday, March 5 — Sneak Peek Day
• Open from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Guests can be among the first to experience the new Outlaw Escape adventure.
Saturday, March 6 — Grand Opening Celebration

Our Sierra Vista community is coming together to support the family of Linda Fox — a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
For 37 years, Linda proudly called Sierra Vista home. She was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary and a former member of the Sierra Vista Lions Club, always giving her time and heart to others.
Over the past 2.5 years, Linda was cared for at Haven Health before entering hospice care. Through every challenge, she remained surrounded by the love of her family — the people she cherished most.
She leaves behind:
• 5 children
• 12 grandchildren
• 12 great-grandchildren
• And a community that loved her deeply

🚨 TRAFFIC ALERT: Two-Vehicle Accident Near Golden Acres Roundabout 🚨
Motorists in Sierra Vista are advised to avoid the roundabout near Golden Acres following a two-vehicle accident that occurred atound 2 pm this afternoon, March 2, 2026.
A white Mercury Grand Marquis and a silver Honda CRV were involved in the collision. The driver of the Mercury had a medical issue that caused the vehicle to fail to maintain lane, striking curbs and the second vehicle (silver Honda CRV).
The occupants of the Mercury were transported to the hospital for further treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Honda was treated on scene.
