A HEARTWARMING DAY OF SERVICE WITH THE LION’S CLUB AT THE SALVATION ARMY, MAKING BLANKETS FOR CHIlDREN IN NEED - IT’S “JEFF DAVENPORT LIVE,” PRESENTED BY THE ED MORSE AUTO GROUP!

It is Saturday, March 14th, and today at the Salvation Army Community Center, located at 180 E Wilcox Drive, Sierra Vista, the Sierra Vista Lion’s Club is teaming up with the Salvation Army Sierra Vista Corps and Project Linus to create blankets for children who are in hospitals, social service agencies, traumatized, seriously ill, or otherwise in need of a blanket “hug.”

The community is invited to join them making no-sew fleece blankets, crocheting borders on fleece blankets, and hand-coloring custom quilt squares for one-of-a-kind quilts. This event is held every three months or sooner so plan to be a part next time if you missed today's event!

THE ROAD TO 250:

Tombstone is proud to be a host stop for The Road to 250: Arizona Traveling History Museum, part of the America250AZ celebration Saturday from10am-2pm.

PARADE
Parade on Saturday March 14 begins at 11AM. Prizes will be given to those entries who show red, white, and blue or pay specific tribute to the Marines and Navy.

STREET ENTERTAINMENT
