UPDATE: BISBEE AZ CH

UPDATE: BISBEE AZ CHUCKLEHEADS OWNER FOUND DECEASED FOLLOWING MURDER INVESTIGATION 🚨

Reputable sources in Arizona have confirmed that Matthew Thomas Becker, 61, the Bisbee business owner previously sought in connection with a violent shooting investigation in Anchorage, Alaska on Saturday March 14th has been found deceased. While no official statement has been released his ex-wife Rebecca Clark wrote a post on her Facebook page confirming that Becker was located deceased by police after the Anchorage Police Department issued a public warning that he was wanted and considered armed and dangerous. He traveled to Alaska via airplane after being dropped off at the airport in Tucson by a friend Coolfmlive has learned.

According to court documents, Becker waited ouPtside his ex-wife's business on Cordova Street Saturday morning. When she arrived to unlock the building, she reportedly noticed him sitting in a Nissan Altima nearby. As Becker approached her, she told police he began firing multiple shots in her direction as she ran for her life. She was able to hide and call police.

The investigation led authorities to her home on Alder Drive, where they discovered her father, 87-year-old Romaine Clark, dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Traffic cameras reportedly captured a Nissan Altima entering and leaving the neighborhood around the time of the incident.

Becker was initially sought on charges including first-degree attempted murder and third-degree assault before he was later located deceased early Sunday morning, March 15, 2026. The investigation remains ongoing, and additional details may be released as they become available.

Becker had owned Chuckleheads Comedy Club in Bisbee for nearly 7 years. Friends had also told Coolfmlive that he reportedly been dealing with stage 4 cancer.

There are many ways

There are many ways to embrace the promise of a new dawn. Some with eyes shut, still enjoying dreams of flight, or the warmth of a pillow. Then there are others, like this Century Plant, with arms outstretched in celebration, dropping seeds in its final throes, hoping for a replacement that will take root in this desert scene.

Another day begins.
Another Monday, actually.

Monday means more to most of us than just another day. It trumpets in another week. We wake with optics that perceive chunks of days, not hours.

Traditional calendars have tried to convince us otherwise — that Sunday is where the week begins — but we know better. It's Monday. It's always been Monday, bad reputation and all. Songs have been written about this day - anxiety often riding its rising tides.

Just another manic Monday.

But Earth's spin doesn't care about our calendars or our work weeks. It keeps turning with each new morning as though it's always another Monday, slogging through each day, each week, into months and years, dropping seeds along the way, calling on life to engage every moment with nourished obligation.

Perhaps that's a rule worth adopting - that the names we assign to blocks of time aren't the definition of our journey so much as how we embrace every single moment of every single day, no matter what label it's assigned.

Like a Century Plant, knowing it will soon perish after nearly twenty years of Mondays, yet still finding time to celebrate its existence in the glow of another coming dawn.

So... enjoy your day. Your 'Monday'.

Full screen does this one justice.
