Our clients were ready for a major change. They had a large window that offered very little privacy, a garden tub that hadn’t been used in years, and a bathroom layout that simply wasn’t working for them anymore.
Their wish list? A much larger walk-in shower, more storage, more privacy and a master bathroom they could truly enjoy every single day.
Our Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista team worked closely with our clients from the very beginning, and our Office Everything Manager helped bring together the design, colors and finishes to match their style and vision.
One of the biggest transformations?
That window is GONE!
Removing it completely changed what we could do with the space, allowing us to create a beautiful oversized walk-in shower and give our clients the privacy they wanted.
From there, we went ALL IN.

🚨TRAFFIC ALERT: COLLISION BLOCKING EASTBOUND HIGHWAY 90🚨
**UPDATE: ROADWAY HAS BEEN CLEARED AND IS NOW OPEN**
SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — First responders are on scene of a traffic collision at Highway 90 and Colombo Avenue, near Tractor Supply, at approximately 8:00 a.m. Thursday, August 20.
Eastbound traffic on Highway 90 is currently blocked in the area and motorists are being diverted onto Kings Way.
Drivers should avoid the area if possible and expect delays. Those traveling through the area are asked to slow down, follow the directions of officers conducting traffic control, and give first responders plenty of room to safely work and clear the roadway.
The circumstances surrounding the collision and any potential injuries are not known at this time.

The San Pedro River Arts Council (SPRAC) is inviting photographers of all ages and experience levels to participate in the 2026 Photography Show and Sale, a month-long celebration of creativity, talent, and the art of photography.
The exhibition will be on display October 5 through October 30, 2026, at the Cochise College Benson Center, showcasing an incredible variety of original photographic works from across the region.

🕑 Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
📍 Location: Cochise College Benson Center
This non-juried exhibition welcomes everyone—from first-time photographers and students to seasoned professionals. Artists may enter in one of five categories:
• Monochromatic (Black & White, Sepia, and other monochromatic styles)
• Color – Amateur
• Color – Advanced/Professional
• Youth Photography (18 years and under)
• Digital Artistry (heavily manipulated photographic works)
Entry fees are designed to encourage participation, with SPRAC members paying $10 per entry, non-members $12 per entry, and Youth Division entries accepted free of charge.

BARRICADED SUSPECT ARRESTED FOLLOWING SWAT RESPONSE IN SIERRA VISTA‼️
SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — A SWAT response in the area of Golf Links Road and Exeter Drive ended with the arrest of a 42-year-old woman Wednesday following a reported domestic incident.
This was the second SWAT call of the day in Sierra Vista that CoolFMLive was on scene covering.
According to a press release issued by the Sierra Vista Police Department, officers responded to the 1700 block of Exeter Drive at approximately 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, August 19.
The following is the Sierra Vista Police Department press release in its entirety:
“Police arrest barricaded suspect for domestic violence charges
Sierra Vista, AZ. 08/19/26. With the assistance of the regional SWAT team, the Sierra Vista Police Department arrested a woman on domestic violence charges today after she barricaded herself inside a bedroom at a local residence.
SVPD officers responded to the 1700 block of Exeter Drive for a reported domestic incident at about 11:40 a.m. today. A woman reportedly caused damage inside the residence, assaulted her elderly father, and tampered with his medical equipment.
When police arrived, the suspect barricaded herself in a bedroom, possibly with a knife. Due to an abundance of caution, the SWAT team was called out to assist. The SWAT team used less-lethal tactics to successfully take the suspect into custody.
The suspect was medically cleared for incarceration and will be booked into the Cochise County Jail for DV/endangerment, DV/vulnerable adult abuse, DV/criminal damage, DV/assault, and DV/disorderly conduct.”
The suspect was identified as Jennifer Biegacki, 42.
CoolFMLive was on scene during the SWAT response and will continue to provide updates should additional information become available.

If the project moves forward as proposed, construction could begin in 2027, with operations targeted for 2028.

This has been a long road. What began with conversations about the path in 2018 grew into a project involving federal funding, ADOT awards, partnerships, donors, volunteers, and countless people working behind the scenes to keep the vision moving forward despite rising costs and other challenges.
Now, the shovels are finally hitting the ground.
More than simply building a path, this project is about safety, connectivity and creating a stronger community where residents and visitors have another way to safely walk, ride and experience Bisbee.
The project also carries a deeply meaningful purpose. As organizers noted, a community member lost their life along this stretch of highway — a reminder of why creating safer connections matters.

BREAKING: TWO SUSPECTS SOUGHT AFTER FATAL SHOOTING OF TUCSON POLICE RECRUIT
TUCSON, Ariz. — Authorities are searching for two suspects and a gray SUV following a shooting that left a Tucson Police Department recruit dead and a Pima County Sheriff’s Department corrections officer wounded.
According to information released by authorities, Carlos Ramirez, a Tucson Police Department recruit, was fatally shot at his home on Tucson’s southwest side. His fiancée, who serves as a corrections officer with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, was also wounded during the attack.
She is currently reported to be in stable condition.
Law enforcement is actively searching for two individuals believed to be connected to the shooting, along with a gray SUV. Anyone who may recognize the individuals pictured, has information about the vehicle, or witnessed suspicious activity in the area is urged to contact authorities.
Do not attempt to approach or confront the individuals.
This remains an active investigation, and additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
